We finally made it to Key West after kayaking all the way from Lubec, Maine! Below are a couple of shots of our arrival from the webcam.

HURRAH Dan and Bethany! You made it and on schedule to boot! (Not that we had any doubts.) We look forward to seeing you on your way back north if you can possibly take the time to stop off at Gilbert’s. It would be the perfect lunch stop and we have something for you to take back home with you! Hope you can make it.

I’ve been following you for only a few months, when you made landfall at Myrtle Beach, but wanted to say congrats. This is an awesome accomplishment and encouraging to many of us. Now go enjoy your time in Key West!
Although we have never met, wwe have been following your journey since you were in Ct. A job well done, you should be very proud of your accomplishment and dream come true. Congratulations to you both!!! YOU DID IT!!!
