Alright…. planning has officially begun. The table in our dining room has 15 maps on it, atleast 6 travel guides, a notebook for planning and two pens and people. It’s happening. We are trying to plan out atleast the first leg of the trip, which will be the State of Maine. It’s already overwhelming but that’s ok. It’s an overwhelming thing in the first place.

Our gear is almost all ordered, sans a new boat for me. This is all thanks to Maggie and Lance and our workplace (thanks guys!!!), otherwise, we would not be going on this trip. Way to expensive to outfit.
