So its the second…

and here we are again… Same situation as last August. Finishing up work, and trying to tie up loose ends before we leave. Oh, and work. We stopped working at Target and now Bethany is managing the Easter Bunny set at the mall and I get to be the Easter Bunny! Never in a million years did I think I would get to be the Easter Bunny. You gotta do what you gotta do right (and its so funny to)?

Our departure is less than a month away! We work until the 11th, have a week to get everything squared away in Portland, then we are driving to NC to drop of my car and see everyone there. We leave NC on the 30th, wake up, walk down to the beach, and then load up and go! With all that said… It was a crazy experience living here in Maine. I do not recommend going to a place you have never been and trying to find a job, apt, friends while living out of your kayak. However I think this part of the trip was just as important as any of the kayaking! I mean, who can say they have pulled up somewhere via kayak and made a life? Dan and Bethany can… But I guess that surprises no one.

I will not miss this. The snow has melted (and hopefully gone for good). Yay for May but also woah not ready for MAY!

Dan as the Easter Bunny? I am trying to picture that. Have fun with all those kiddos! We are excited for you guys as you prepare to paddle out soon. Let us know if you need anything. And the camera Andy bought is a Sony a300/350. I’m loving it…but I still have a lot to learn. Hope you guys are doing well. Happy Easter!
