Hello all of you out there in internet world! It’s been a while. Sorry. We are being busy little bees working hard to save some money for our trip to continue.

It finally snowed here last night. I was beginning to believe that we were not actually living in Maine but instead some horrible illusion of Maine that was simply cold and never snowed and just stayed awful weather-wise, with no pretty pay-off. I was wrong. It was pretty.

Happy belated Thanksgiving to you all. Dan and I went to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade since we are so far away from our families. I have always wanted to go and this was the year to do it. It even worked out that our dear friends from home, the Custers, were actually there too! We got to have thanksgiving lunch with them at a diner. We had burgers.
