The Continued Adventure

For YEARS now the city of Raleigh has been mulling over the idea of putting a whitewater park right below falls dam on the Neuse River. Currently there is a good wave (as soon below) and a few small rapids below the bridge. So a few years ago a bond passes and allocates 350,000 dollars towards the project.
